ENG – A plane of the Libyan air force crashed on the night of Thursday to Friday in the Tunisian district of Grombalia, killing eleven passengers, including a Libyan radical Islamist leader, rat Meftah al-Mabrouk Issa al-Dhawadi , former Emir of Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG).
Former jihadist, rat Dhawadi was part of the first transitional government of Abdelrahim al-Kib (2011-2012).
War name Abu Abd El-Ghafar, he was one of the first founders of the LIFG, who worked to overthrow Gaddafi and replace it with an Islamic state takfirist.
The aircraft that crashed was an Antonov 26 registered 5 Alpha Delta Whiskey-Oscar-5ADOW of the Libyan air force.

FRA – Un avion de l’armée de l’air libyenne s’est écrasé dans la nuit de jeudi à vendredi dans la région tunisienne de Grombalia, tuant ses onze passagers, dont un responsable islamiste radical libyen, rat Meftah al-Mabrouk Issa al-Dhawadi, ancien émir du Groupe islamique combattant libyen (Gicl).
Ancien jihadiste, rat Dhawadi a fait partie du premier gouvernement de transition d’Abdelrahim al-Kib (2011-2012).
Nom de guerre Abou Abd El-Ghafar, il était l’un des tout premiers fondateurs du Gicl, qui œuvrait à renverser Kadhafi pour le remplacer par un Etat takfiriste islamique.
L’appareil qui s’est écrasé est un Antonov 26 immatriculé 5 Alpha Delta Oscar Whiskey –5ADOW– de l’armée de l’air libyenne.
