Several sources have claimed in the last few days that Kamis Gaddafi is alive, someone says he has been arrested in the desert, others that he has been injured and one leg amputated, while the NTC denied.

We have always held that the declaration of death of Kamis Gaddafi, like other members of his family, is only part of a campaign of psychological propaganda and that instead they are alive.

The fact that the NTC denies, further supports the claim that he is alive.

We cannot say for sure if he is free and is leading part of the resistent fighters, or if he has been arrested, as some source said, from the Zentan tribe.

What for us is important to state, is that he is alive

Diverse fonti hanno affermato in questi giorni che Kamis Gaddafi sia vivo, alcuni che sia stato arrestato nel deserto, altri che sia ferito e con una gamba amputata, mentre il NTC smentisce.

Noi abbiamo sempre sostenuto che la dichiarazione di morte di Kamis Gaddafi, come di altri membri della sua famiglia, facesse solo parte di una campagna di psico-propaganda e che invece essi fossero vivi.

Il fatto poi che il NTC smentisca, avvalora ancor più l’affermazione che egli sia vivo.

Non possiamo dire con certezza se è libero e sta guidando una parte dei combattenti resistenti, o se è stato arrestato, come qualche fonte ha detto, della tribù Zentan.

Ciò che per noi è importante precisare ora, è che egli è vivo.
