January 12 could be a day like many others or could become a special day; you can make a difference!
The starting day of the Green Wall Contest is here: January 12, 2012!
The aim of the contest is to forward a message of how to evolve human society to take power away from governments, corporations and banks so as to save the world from the scourge of oppression, poverty and war. The objective of the project is very simple: raise awareness of the Green Charter for Human Rights through the VIRAL spread of the website www.greencharter.com, home of the International Green Charter Movement, where everybody can read the Green Charter for Human Rights and The Green Book for free.
The challenge we have posed is:
The answer to these question lies in a very simple formula: THE GREEN WALL Activist Contest 2012, in which you can participate by displaying the web address “WWW.GREENCHARTER.COM” in a public place and sending us photos of the action (before and after, to prove ownership of the action).
What is a public place?
We have a very broad idea about a “public place”; since the goal is to reach as many people as possible, all viral “media” are allowed: walls, buildings, schools, gyms, bridges, tunnels, roads, street furniture, stations, public toilets, trees, road signs et cetera — but also paper money, restaurant menus, an “electronic wall” (e.g. TV screens or computer screensavers in public places or crowded buildings), dirty or frozen car windows — write “WWW.GREENCHARTER.COM” on a sandy beach, in the snow or on ice, on a newspaper left at the table in a bar, every visible place is allowed, BE CREATIVE AND USE YOUR IMAGINATION.
This time there are no excuses, taking no action means surrendering, not acting means that our enemies, the enemies of freedom, the enemies of the Masses, will have defeated us. Not being willing to do something so simple as taking a paper banknote from our wallet and writing “WWW.GREENCHARTER.COM” would mean that we have raised the white flag, the flag of surrender — instead of the Green Flag of Freedom which belongs to all the masses of the world.
If you’re not willing to do something so basic, then do not complain. Do not complain about the political class, do not complain about the world, do not complain about the wars because you allow them, the Evil, to oppress you!
We also address the various administrators of websites, blogs and social media pages to help us to spread the project, help us to spread the Great Green Charter for Human Rights, we can work together so please contact us. Many already have contacted us and are giving us their invaluable help, but there still should be more people participating!
Our dream is to make the contest last till June 12, which is also the 24th anniversary of the proclamation of the Great Green Charter for Human Rights, and to show on that day a “mountain” of photos of your actions. The quality of the photo doesn’t matter; what matters is that you, with your small or large gestures, have brought the ideals of freedom and peace to the attention of many other people, and those people should thank you because they too will have the chance to dream and work for a better world, a Jamahiri World.
For rules of the contest, please see here.

Below is a selection of a few photos of actions already taken by human rights and pro-democracy activists:
The Green Charter was the result of the discussion of millions gathered in people’s conferences in 1988, ignored by the world media, the most democratic document ever to have been drafted in human history. Amnesty International and other so-called human rights organizations should have adopted it as their reference for advocacy, instead of the outdated so-called United Nations Human Rights document, which looks like slavery in comparison.
The (r)evolutionary (green) committees and free people the world over, have adopted the Green Charter and abide by its principles, human responsibilities, rights and freedoms. The Green Charter is an effective tool in the arsenal of the masses to gaining freedom from their oppressors, and also puts forward The Green Book as offering solutions worthy of study in order to achieve the free jamahiri (mass) society — the Jamahiriya — where the masses have the power, the wealth and the arms.
