Recall that on November 22 the ICC after having kept on say for 1 full month that Gaddafi had to be prosecuted despite his death, had to terminate the case officially… BECAUSE HE WAS DEAD! In other words because there was not one shred of evidence even of the shadow of the smallest crime[2].

In altre parole perchè non c’era uno straccio di prova neppure dell’ombra di mezzo crimine[2].
